How we estimate it

  • Leads/mo: how many new prospects you import into Pitchdar each month. Plan limits apply.
  • Reply rate: % of cold-emailed prospects who respond. Industry baseline is 1.5%-4%; Pitchdar customers average ~6% because the AI score filters out poor-fit businesses before send.
  • Meeting → close: of replies, what % converts to a meeting; of meetings, what % closes. We multiply both.
  • ACV: average annual contract value of a won deal — used to compute the annualised number.

Output is a range (low/mid/high) rather than a single number — sales conversion is too lumpy to pretend otherwise.
