FAQ

What attribution model do you use?

First-touch with a 90-day cookie window. If someone clicks your link, doesn't sign up for two months, then comes back direct and signs up — the credit is still yours.

Do I have to disclose I'm an affiliate?

Yes — disclose per your jurisdiction's rules (FTC in the US, ACCC in AU, ASA in the UK). It also converts better.

What can't I do?

No bidding on Pitchdar branded search terms, no impersonating Pitchdar, no incentivised signups (cashback sites), no spam. Self-referrals don't pay out — accounts that refer themselves are voided.

When do commissions void?

If the customer refunds inside 30 days, that commission voids. After 30 days, every paid invoice is locked. Commission accrues for the full life of the subscription — when they cancel or churn, future commission stops, but everything earned to that point stays yours.

What if they upgrade or downgrade?

Your commission tracks their active tier. If they start on Starter and upgrade to Agency, your commission rises with them. If they downgrade, it falls. You earn 20% of whatever they're actively paying.

Can I be paid in AUD / USD / GBP?

Wise handles all three. PayPal too. We invoice in AUD at our end and the FX is on Wise — typically <1% spread.

Is there a cap?

No. Refer 1 customer, refer 1,000. The terms are the same.
